Playdough Fun

We had a new playdough set, "Dr. Drill 'n Fill," that we were saving as a special reward for Avery when she kept her pull-up dry! You can imagine her excitement (really MY excitement) when it finally happened!!!

These girls *love* their playdough

It totally bugs me when the colors get all mixed up!!!!

I guess I can overlook it based on these smiles!!!
p.s. the dry pull-up was short lived...aaaaaahhhhhh

Close.......but no cigar

We came really close to calling this "home sweet home"

In an attempt to find the perfect house and place to raise our family...this nearly fit the bill. The girls loved the big huge yard. We had dreams of a dog or two, some chickens and maybe a goat.

I think we drove there about 20 times just hanging out and getting a feel for the property.

Emery made some new friends
....but it was not to be....inspection report came back and just too much fixing and we decided to keep looking. Dream House...we'll find you one of these days

Mother's Day Tea

Another special moment provided by our fantastic preschool,
Christ Lutheran Christian Preschool.

Avery wore a fancy dress (which hardly ever happens).

We dined on fresh fruit, yummy muffins and delicious tea
The kids made sweet flower photo keepsakes...they are adorable.

Next came entertainment..super cute songs.

We will miss seeing our Mrs. Johnson..she is really something!

Lady Bug Magnet

Emery has always been quite the lady bug magnet. They love her.
