All I ever really needed to know...

I learned in Kindergarten

of course there were a few other things too....but monkey bars and shoe tying were two big milestones. We are still working (sigh) on the two wheeled bike.

Frequent Visitor

The Tooth Fairy has been visiting our house a lot lately!!

Avery is just sure that she has a loose tooth (NOT).

Another one bites the dust.............

While flossing Emery's teeth a couple weeks ago......

The floss sort of got caught underneath a loose, but not super loose tooth

Out popped the tooth...Emery was at first mad, then quickly remembered the tooth fairy would come that night...so off she went for her tooth bag to put it under her pillow. Now she reminds me each night to be Really Careful Mom!!

The face painting was compliments of "game night" at the primary school.
Love her new smile!

Perfectly Square

We finally had Emery's 6 year well check...now that she's almost 6 and a half..
It's just the way they schedule at the pediatrician's office.

good news...she is completely healthy.....and

we found out she is "perfectly squared." 44 inches tall by 44 lbs

The Dr. also predicted her final height to be approximately 5'4", so we'll see
how close she was in a few more years.

All I want for Christmas...........

Is my one front tooth

It was a Sunday afternoon, December 20th, and Emery's tooth had been loose for awhile, but we weren't expecting it to fall out so easily..the first two teeth needed a little help. She was eating a Pringle..and poof..there it was in her mouth.

We have sure been enjoying her new smile...it changed her whole look.
The other upper front tooth is now loose.
